Slot Madness Casino - Please help with delayed payment

To Whom it may concern: I am a regular player at the on line casino "SlotMadness" for a couple of years now however never winning until December 28 or 29, 2016. I requested my withdraw on December 30, 2016 ( I have the email from Slotmadness confirming they received my withdraw request, and that I needed to fill out the withdraw form as well as send documentation required in order for the withdraw to be approved, which I did do I sent all required material to the email address listed on the form. The email address on the withdraw form is not correct I found that out after 6 days of checking with Slotmadness Customer Service , Manager, and Credit Card department's either by phone or live chat and my forms had not been received it was at this point they told me two different email addresses that were very close to the ones on the form so I sent documentation to the new addresses ( I have saved my emails I sent to them as well and this was done on January 5, 2017) On January 12, 2017 Slotmadness sent me an email (which I have as well) stating "Congratulations, You're A Winner" They were happy to inform me that my withdraw request for $ 319.00 had been approved ( I had requested 400.00 but they took out the bonus money they gave me, which was 81.00 ). I did read ALL of the terms and conditions I will copy and paste. Approval Of Withdrawals » All withdrawal requests must first be reviewed and approved by the casino before being sent for payment. The casino offers Express and Standard Approval for withdrawals. » Express Approval: Express Approval means that a withdrawal request will be reviewed, approved, or denied, within 3 business days of the request being made. Players who make a withdrawal of $200 or less, or players who use a match bonus valued at 1%-100% (as their last bonus before requesting a withdrawal) will qualify for Express Approval. If the last bonus used before requesting a withdrawal is greater than 100%, no bonus is used, or the withdrawal amount is greater than $200, then Standard Approval rules will apply. Winnings from a No Deposit Bonus are not eligible for Express Withdrawal. » Standard Approval: All Standard withdrawal requests will be reviewed and approved, or denied, within 7 to 10 business days of your request. » Your payment will be made within 10 business days after approval, Express or Standard. » Please be aware since this is an international transaction, your bank and/or other banks involved may charge additional currency conversion and processing fees. So now we are in the second week of March (which far exceeds the 17-20 days the term and condition paper work states) They keep telling me the reason why as to no check being sent yet(actually I have been given many excuses as well as to they were sending me a check on Friday or the following Monday etc., etc) but the one I have been given the most is that they have had "SO MANY" winners they just can not keep up with the demand of sending checks......I really find that insulting. I have been to Vegas, Casino Boats, 8 liner gambling shacks (that is what we called them in Texas) as well as other Casinos on line and NEVER was I told I would have to wait for my winnings and this is the smallest pay out I have ever requested. So I am at a loss here. In one way I feel as if I am being slow played until I just "Give Up", or that they have no intention of paying me. What really makes me angry is that I have deposited more money than this $319.00 requested withdraw but even if I had only deposited 30.00 or less and won a million I should be paid and paid in the time frame their terms and conditions state. They can hold you to their terms and conditions but they can not be held accountable to their own terms and conditions? Any help regarding this issue would be greatly appreciated.
