I have the account with 888 casino , my account username . "Vv888le " . On Thursday 2/3 .the operation cassava team was restricted my account . They was asking me to provide credited card front and back to verify , I was provided it an it was successsd on 4/3 /2017 . On the same day by email they was asking me to provide 2 other credit card as I was using , I was emailed and also loading at the cashier as requested . From the day 4/3 until now 9/3 I didn't get any response of the team .
I was try to call and email the support team of 888 casino but they always said they can not help , you need to contact with operation cassava team .
I was email 3,4 email to asking nicely to find out what wrong with my account and I was provide everything is true detail and correct .i have never get any email response back from them . I'm waiting day by day with hopeless and very stressful with it as I still have my money in my balance . I'm happy to provide more evidence more detail if need but not even 1 email reply to me . That kind is terrible felling and I'm very tired everyday as I don't know what happened with it as I didn't do anything wrong .
Dear the operation team cassava , please email me with the response .
