on october 22 2016 I used a 400%bonus + $25 deposit and won $2000, which I submitted or withdrawal by wire. I sent in all required documents, auhorizatins and credit/debit card pictures and waited for processing to be completed. by december the request was still under submission and I began contacting Chat people to find out when wire would be sent. they could only conirm what I saw in the withdrawal page of my history and said they would message Accounting to find out. They never get response from Finance people though I log in daily all through Jan/Feb./March to get any update. When I e-mail support@99slotmachines.com I get a response from Oliver@mightyslots.com saying some one will contact me within one business day.No response arrives even after 4 business days. When I respond to Oliver@mightyslots.com the mail is returned as undeliverable.
