Raging Bull Casino - Stalling my payment

I requested a withdrawal from Raging Bull Casino on January 28th 2017, received an email Feb 9th 2017 to say it was authorized, then an email on Feb 28th to say it had been processed to my bank account - which it has not been. I have emailed banking@ raging bullcasino.com twice and been on their live chat several times, most recently several minutes ago. Their excuse is perhaps I need to give documents (which I gave in Oct 2016), but they weren't sure and the chat person, 'Cooper' said he would escalate to the finance dept and is truly sorry and doesn't know why there's delay etc etc. I have heard this before and don't expect a response any time soon so am asking if you can please help resolve this for me.
