Dear Ask Gamblers,
I made my first deposit on Hopa casino and got bonus, I have been lucky and won 1497 EUR playing slots (Wishmaster and Mermaids millions). I read terms few times and played fairly, I am 100% sure into that. I uploaded all my documents and made my withdraw, but they refuse to pay me and also block my account.
I sent mail to Hopa casino in which I asked for explanation, details and proofs for their accusations and actions, but they only send me this: "...we have concluded that this account has been engaged in fraudulent activity, and the violation of our Terms of Use..." (whole mail is in attached files) with no other explanation. I don't know even what that means, and I request for details and proof .
BUT they refused to give me the evidence and detail explanation. Indeed, they sent me an email where they say that I ask on the live chat for details. BUT, when I asked on live chat, support told me to send mail.
Now I am here, asking you for help :(
Please be fair judge in this unjust case.
