I have a $550 withdrawal pending since 2/24/17 and a $445 wire transfer approved on 3/4/17 and I checked with Gucci at live chat last wed 3/15/17 and today 3/17/17. Last wed he/she said its been paid to the processor 3 days ago and I should be getting it next week. I said that I already received that payment( my last complaint) two weeks ago and he/she said no changes on the status of my withdrawal. Today when I talked to him/her if there was any change on my pending withdrawal I was told when I received my approved wire transfer then my pending withdrawal will be approved. I was told there is no VIP personnel available again (I guess I am a vip again) I cashed out in this casino multiple times , just look at my complaints and this is the first time I heard I must receive a previous withdrawal before the next one will be approved. I think this live chat person does not know what he/she is talking about. I need the status of my said withdrawal. Like I said before I love to play here because of the games and the casino pays although mostly late but live chat personnels must know what they are doing/talking about.
