Hi, On March 4th I submitted a withdrawal request at LasvegasUSA.eu for $502. I had never played there before so I signed up for the 150% keeper bonus. After I obtained that crazy high playthrough, I finally made my withdrawal request and submitted all of my required paperwork. On March 9 I surprisingly received a phone call from a manager verifying my mailing information. He said he was going to approve it right away and send it to finance. It is still in the finance queue and I cannot get anyone to reply to an email or any help online. I am hoping ASKGAMBLERS can help me! Thanks in advance
