10 days ago I won £1000 and on the website it says between 3-5 working days to be paid this is orerty standard in most casinos but it's normally 2-3 in most circumstances... I joined this casino as I heard good things and heard the payout was fast... couldn't be more wrong!! Shocking costumer service as well!! I have been on the phone about 5 times to them (mainly speaking with Anita) who by the sounds of it handles all of these issues and I guess they get allot.. I have been on live chat about 6-7 times asking why my withdrawal still says "waiting authorisation" and every time I end either way of contact they promise me the status will change to approved by the end of the day and the funds will reflect in my account by the next working day.. no still nothing it's still stated the same status and nothing at all has changed I don't seem to be getting any were!!! I will be contacting the gambling commission and seeking advice from them as this is just to strange!! Endless broken promises!!!
I can see from the previous reviewed this happens allot at this site!!
Since this has happend I have used another casino "monopoly casino and won £4000 and paid within 3 days!!!!! Now that's a genuine casino!!
