Casino Sieger - Still no money after a month

I made a withdraw request for 1 month ago and have still not recieved my money. I been in contact with the support on their website everyday the last 10 days. They only tell me the same thing all the time: This email I got from tem 5 days ago, but still no money! And they tell me the same thing in the online webchat support but still.... No money!
