Hi. I deposited £150 and received a matching bonus on the 21st Jan. While playing I managed to hit a jackpot and got my balance up to £1900 or so. My account was then locked.
Later I received an email asking me to send my passport and a screenshot of my payment provider background. I found this intrusive but obliged. I sent them everything and received no response. I contacted them asking what was going on and resending the photos. They continue to ignore me. Not sure what else to do. This is no fair way to treat a player. If only depositing were as difficult.
