Mr Ringo Casino - Problems with withdrawal again

Hi. On april 3rd i made a withdrawal from Mrringo. At that point my account had been verified and was ok. A few days later i asked the chatsupport about the status for the withdrawal and got the answer " it will soon be processed by the financial departement ". Later on i recieved an email from Mrringo that the withdrawal was succesfull and could now be seen on my transaction history. It sure could. " withdrawal: 17.000 swedish krona ". But on april 13 i had still no money in my bank so i got in to the chatsupport again and asked nicely about the status of my withdrawal. The women in the other end of the chat told me that my money was back in casino-account. I asked her why and the only answer was "technical issue". Then i got frustrated of the poor service from their customer support so i made my withdrawal one more time and then i wrote down everything in a email and sent to their support@mrringo.com. The answer from them wasnt much helpful. They had no response on my complaining about the chatsupport and they only said congratulations on your winnings out financial team will handle it. This was on april 14th, one day after my second try withdrawing my money. Today is april 18th and i have not yet heard anything or seen any money in my bank.
