Problem is, I apparently played with a higher stake than it is allowed with bonus money. However, I LOST my bonus and my first deposit and transferred more money from my player account. All the money I won was not with bonus money but REAL money without roll over requirements. This is clearly visible and I believe this is only a tactic to delay or refuse payment.
Disregarding the actual issue for a second here, it is unbelievable that the player does not get contacted when problems occur, instead no information at all and the CS also has no idea and sens mails from department to department without finding solutions.
