After clearing the wagering requirements of a R500 free chip (the maximum withdrawable amount is R2000), I was left with +- R4600 in my playing account of which R2000 is withdrawable.
In accordance to their terms and conditions a deposit has to be made 5 days before submitting a withdrawal request. I ended up making four deposits of R250 into their casino due to delays in verification. After making four minimum deposits of R250 (R1000 in total over the space of 3 weeks) I submitted the withdrawal request for R3000 (the R2000 'free chip' plus my four deposits of R250 each), the casino only approved the withdrawal for R2000 and voided the remaining bonus money AND MY FOUR DEPOSITS.
Where is my VOIDED R1000 in deposits Casino Moons?
I do not have access to the transaction records any longer, as the software on their website does not allow me to view transactions older than a month.
