I started playing at Ruby Slots in Sept. 2016. I made several withdrawals that were declined because they didn't have all my paperwork. After sending the documents they requested several times they finally told me they have them all on 2/7/17. I was told my withdrawals from 9/11/16 for 1000, and 9/12/16 for 600 will be escalated on 2/17/17. I have several other withdrawals that have been approved also, but I have not received anything. I have emailed them several times and keep getting told they will contact me in one business day. Which never happens.
