Palace of Chance Casino - Withdrawal & Verification Issue

I have played here before and received a withdrawal; which took about a month. But this time has been terrible. I requested march 30th; at this time I explained that I had recently moved and asked what documents needed to be updated They asked me to please fill out a whole fax back form drivers license ID credit cards and a new utility bill with the new address. This was sent on April 3rd. I continue to follow up via email and did not receive any official email back other than they had received the documents and they were going to review them. On April 12 I received an email that there is a manager approval. After many times going to chat and been told that they were within the timeframe I went back on April 18 th And was unfortunately told that they were missing the utility bill. This was the first I had heard of this I had not received an email stating anything like this I tried to ask the chat person he said I have to resend it so I resent it on April 18 and again I received a confirmation email that it was received . I have followed up a couple times with the chat people and they both said to be patient that my the withdrawal was being processed and should be any day now This morning however I spoke to Jonathan at length and he said that the utility bill was missing which I was not happy with and that is why I am filing this complaint at this point I have confirmation that all of my documents were sent twice and I continue to ask for follow up and getting different answers Although Jonathan tried to help me this morning he asked me to send everything to the manager@Palaceofchance.com every time my email was rejected. My withdrawal was got $2000 - the manager fee. I'm an avid casino player and I know which places pay out the fastest I realize playing here it was not going to be at fast withdraw; but the fact that it's been a month and I'm now being told one more time that they don't have all the documents even though I've sent them numerous times is just unacceptable Please let me know if you can resolve this for me Kathy < personal info removed >
