I cashed out a little over $1,000 at Cool Cat on March 23. I submitted the required documentation at that time when I made the cashout and saw my deposit still pending two weeks later. I reached out to another cool cat agent at that time and was told that my required information had still not been received. I was frustrated, but I resent the information for a second time on April 5. On April 8, I received an email saying that my withdrawal for $913 (they subtracted bonus fees) was approved and it takes an average of 10 business days to receive my check. I have been on this site and others where there have been numerous complaints about it taking months for withdrawals so I waited a full month before I checked in with them. I was almost expecting the runaround that I have seen other players post in their complaints, but I did NOT expect what they actually told me. When I asked for the status of my payout, I was told they still had not received my information!! I told the agent that I had already sent it in twice and I demanded to know what happened to it. I have records of the emails I sent. Then I was told to check back in 24 - 48 hours. Despite the aggravation of having to beg and chase for my money, I can't even comprehend the response I received. I have had to supply extremely sensitive personal information, everything short of a DNA sample. Not once, but twice. And now they are telling me they never received it. This is a complete breach of my privacy. At this point, I am more concerned about my private information than I am about getting my check. Can someone please help me?
