At the Casino moons I have 100.- on my account which I want withdraw.
But Casino Moons don't verify my documents, so I'm not able to Cashout.
I have send all the documents including my withdrawal details to security and to accounting on 25.4.17.
thereafter I have leave them lot of messages and also written that the live chat is not available. For response they told me to contact the agent via chat :).
I can't contact the agent via chat, it's no more available for me.
Can u please help me to withdraw my money?
