Greetings. On 4/15/17 I played and won (after bonuses were deducted per terms/conditions... I've been doing this for a while - I'm well aware of how bonuses work) $5560, for which I immediately made withdrawal requests. Within a few days, the 3 requests had been broken down into 6 smaller requests (totaling the same amount, which is fine) with only 1 request of $1000 being approved. We're now coming up on almost a month from the date of the original withdrawal requests, and I am stuck here with the same $1000 request approved and not paid and the remaining requests totaling $4560 still pending. This is getting to be ridiculous. Despite the WONDERFUL service I receive when posting here, it's not worth pulling the teeth required to get paid by these RTG casinos. Even with heavy losses, I continue to play here hoping that when I *do* win, this might be the time I'll get paid in any sort of timely manner. No such luck... ever. In thinking back, I can think of very few, like count-on-one-hand VERY few, times that I've been paid without having to post here. Again, unacceptable. Once again I call upon the great folks that monitor these forums to help with my payouts. And as always, much appreciated. -dave
