Casino Kings - Stalling verification for more then 10 days

I recently opened an account with CasinoKings and did the sign up offer they had going which i came out with some winnings, once a withdrawal was asked i was asked for ID which i fully expected, i sent that ID on the 28th of April. On the 29th i received an email stating i had to re send ID that had been notorized. On the 1st of May i went to the lawyer and got all the ID they required notorized just like they had asked and sent it in the same day. 3 days later i had not heard anything back to went on Live Chat and got told the security team was reviewing it and i would receive an email. 7 days later i went back on Live Chat as still nothing from them and got told the exact same thing, except this time i got told we will make it a priority so you get a faster respone. We are now 10 days later and having just been back on live chat to be told "the security team are reviewing your ID and you will receive an email in due time" im getting a little bit annoyed. I sent in the ID they wanted in the first place, i then drove for 45 minutes to a lawyer and paid the lawyers fee for getting the ID notorized and yet all i am doing is getting fobbed off.
