Hello, I have a problem with my withdrawal in my account manudelia at gowild, Last 17/01 I did my withdrawal of $ 9333.30 I was playing the "lucky zodiac and hellboy". After my withdrawal, they sent me an email requesting to send a photograph showing my DNI, after that I was asked for a photograph with a local newspaper to show the current date.
After sending these documents 3 months had passed. In the more than 10 times that I contact the online support I was always congratulated for my winnings and They said I had to wait for the answer from finance. I sent many emails to finance most of them without answers. The last time finance GoWild wrote me was 03/04 to request my source of wealth to
justify my money for what I also sent, after this I contact support on line about my withdrawal and always told me that it was processing but I never recieve it. I wrote many times to GoWild finance but I have not been aswered, GoWild is supposed to be a respectable casino but it is not paying me, Please help solve this problem with my payment.
