I have repeatedly contacted Planet 7 thru the "live chat" about my 5 approved withdrawals that have not been paid dating back to Nov. 2016.
($895 29-Nov $2,314 12-Jan $1,613 20-Jan $956 31-Jan $134 17-Feb Total of withdrawals: $5,912 ) I have received withdrawals from them before and have all my required documents submitted and approved. On "live chat" I am told they will escalate the withdrawals, which I now see is a stalling tactic because you have to wait around 2 weeks again to ask for an update. This was one of my favorite online casinos. :(
