My payment (200$) was approved in March. Nevertheless, I haven’t received any money. Two months passed, but the payment wasn’t made. I sent e-mail letters to the support service of the Prism casino, because I hoped to get the answer about the payment of my money. Unfortunately, I didn’t get the answer. The casino has all the necessary information, my documentation and the payment information for paying out the money.
