More than a month I can not get a payment of $ 2300 from the casino of Wild Vegas. It all started well. 04/19/2017 I made an application for withdrawing money, and already on 04/28/2017 the payment was approved. Also I received a letter with a text:
" Dear Vilhelm, This is Rich with Wild Vegas. I apologize for the delay in your Bit coin pay out. I have made a note to the manager and your pay out will be done in the shortest possible time. Thank you for your patience and kindly allow about 5 to 7 business days. Have a blessed day."
After that, 7 days passed - no payment. I wrote a letter to the casino support service about the delay in payment. I received no reply. A week later I sent the letter again, there is also no answer. And it was not 7 days, but a whole month.
I very much hope that my complaint will be noticed by a representative of the casino and will be able to help me with the payment of money.
