I requested a £100 withdrawal on 16th May, I was told it had been processed on 18th May....it is now 29th May and I still haven't received it.
I've emailed support twice and had no reply, I've spoken to live chat 3 times and been told over and over that my withdrawal has been processed. On one occasion I was told that some withdrawals have been delayed due to change in management, I've still not received my withdrawal, I've still had no communication...it is now 2 weeks and no further forward.
