This casino is a ripoff they do not pay out in the time frame they have in there agreement. I deposited at this casino several times
and finally in December of 2016 i won 1000 so ever since then i have been trying to get my money first they kept saying they were not getting the paper work faxed it emailed it everything and still they were lying finally they got the documents a month and a half later then they took 330 dollars out because of some bonus but i didn't car i just wanted my money on 3/14/2017 they approved the amount and i have yet to see anything each agent keeps saying its being escalated but nothing happens now its 5/29/2017 and i"m still waiting this is ridiculous everyone just lies and keeps telling you the same stuff i'm fed up now they didn't do this when I deposited they took my money right away its 3 months I want my money
