I was sent an email with my name and username on it (so it was definitly meant for me) stating i would receive a 300% bonus on my next deposit as the casino was now accepting UK players again. After doing so i never received the bonus, instead receiving 10 euro on a 60 euro deposit. i was then given no help by the live chat facilitly, in fact she was quite cheeky and blunt. i then requested a withdrawal of my deposit amount and a week later it was still pending. After contacting live cat again i was told i had been asked for documentation despite having provided it on previous deposits. and that it was emailed to me (no email received). They wouldn't tell me when it was sent other than (a while ago) and my deposit is still pending. Very unhappy with this casino.
