We will start this dispute here as no one from the staff hears me or try to solve something with above mentioned case.
Let's start from the main issue which is on account and most probably not fixed till end.
As everyone who plays in this casino knows, that their have valuables system if you achieve one or more from 4 sections level. On my account there was / still exist bug which is not moving levels up and therefore from the 05/05/2017 up to 04/06/2017 I have not been received any valuable which supposed to get if there are would not be a technical issue.
I have found out this once I've completed spins and valuable has not been credited and therefore contacted support in the chat.

As you see during this conversation Tina has tried to solve the issue, which has been basically done, however all valuables which I supposed to get has not been credited to my account. I have seen popped up 55 spins, and bonus only, however missing more than 300 spins in general in valuables. Guns n Roses 100, Startburst 150, Hansel & Gretel 55, this is approximate numbers. I have not been received even e-mail notifications that added. For sure there is more as volume in games has been done big between 05/05/2017 and 04/06/2017.

I've tried to explain that valuables are not credited as should be and she said that will forward that to the manager as she don't has some permissions or whatever. I agreed, however wanted to fix this issue at place. Their had still 50 minutes to work, however lies are clearly visible in the chat, such as times is over (CET). Means that on the support page - contact section is wrong and misleading information. (Sunday Live chat - 20:00 - 24:00 (CET)) and all the time wanted to close the chat to avoid to help me further.
On the next day I have received e-mail from the support representantive Sarah, which is very rude according today's conversation which was even has not been review and closed immediately. The e-mail was saying that I'm not eligible for any of valuable.

Immediately I have contact Live chat again and it was with Angie. She went thru with issue and asked me to send an e-mail with screenshots also received e-mails regarding valuables. Which has been done.

Seems these guys doesn't want to add them as amount of them is not small.
In general I'm requesting to add all valuables immediately which I have not received from 05/05/2017 - 04/06/2017 for levels acheivements due to the bug which in FACT existed and maybe still on my account. 305 spins mentioned above should be added immediately.
