I have followed all the correct procedures, providing winner with necessary documentation when requested and now my account has been blocked, and I am owed £357. Each time I contact support I am told that the department that deals with verification are not available but they will put in a request on my behalf. The initial email I received informed me that if I had not heard back within 72 hours, I should assume that all documents had been cleared and my account verified. This is clearly not the case, the staff have been unhelpful, and this is the worst experience I have had with an online casino so far. Please resolve this issue, and allow me to withdraw money that is rightfully mine.
