I requested a bitcoin withdrawal of $850 on May 14, 2017. Since then, I have tried nearly every day to get the casino the proper documents for my withdrawal. The address they gave me is documents@planet7mail.com. I have sent the required documents and pictures to this email almost 20 times from gmail, 3 times from a yahoo email account, once from a mail.com account, and once from an aol account. NONE of these allowed me to send the email. What on earth is happening here? My withdrawal will not be approved until they have the documents, but it's impossible for them to receive them because I can't send them. Is there some email I'm supposed to use that will work?
