I have emailed and contacted the casino via chat. I made the withdrawal request over 4 weeks ago and when I hadn't heard anything I contacted the online chat to be told I was sent an email to send in ID Documents and email I never received. When they resent it I immediately sent back the required documents. I was then advised that the withdrawal would be processed once the documents were approved. I am now on the 11th day and still waiting on my money
