On May 17, 2017, I had two withdrawals for $100 approved. The casino terms and conditions state after approval they payment will be made no later than 10 days. I have sent emails to the casino with no responses. Every time I talk to the agents on chat support they tell me it will be received in a couple days but this is not the case. To make it even worse on their part I requested a bitcoin withdraw which takes them about 30 seconds maximum to make the payment.
