I have for the first time managed to win something on gr88 casino.
It was over a month ago. I imediately sent all verification documents.
I still did not receive any of it. It is 4000 €. I went to live chat many times since. I have never received any reply other than "we are doing some more checks before we pay you". In one month they could've checked anything they wanted.
I surfed around here and I see from other complaints that it is a tactic they often use. :(
Can somebody help me?
