Planet 7 Casino - Delayed Bitcoin payment of $2500 and conflicting information from customer service

My $2500. withdraw was approved on May the 16th. I recieved an email stating thatI could expect payment within 10-20 days.I kept in contact with planet 7 through the live chat and the service agents were never unpleasant but continued to provide conflicting timeframes as to when I could expect payment.I chose a Bitcoin withdraw because they state that it is faster process, but we are past the 10-20 day timeframe that they said I could expect payment. My withdraw request has been escalated to priority one, although this seems to mean very little as during a live chat this morning I was told that my request was still in the financing dept. and to check back in a week for further updates. I've made all my deposits in good faith and they were all processed instantly, I expected to be treated fairly at the very least. Why Planet7 is stalling on paying a withdraw that they approved and not following guidelines that they set forth is the worst kind of business practice. I'm grateful to have found this site and look forward to resolving this matter with your help.
