Per Crazy Luck Casino's "terms" a withdrawal via Upay should take anywhere from "2-18 days". Let me walk you through my experience from registration: 1) Once registered I would receive anywhere from 1-5 calls per day with a "Promotion" each time requesting a higher deposit. 2) Whenever I joined "Live Chat" I would be assisted almost immediately. They couldn't have been any nicer to "get what they want"! 3) Then, I WIN! Fulfill all of the wagering requirements and request a withdrawal. 4) I allow 14 days to go by, nothing. I send an email - no reply. I connect to "Live Chat" all of a sudden no one is available - whereas before I had to ask to not be called so often! 5) The Support toll free line isn't operational 6) When someone does connect to live chat - the answer is, in poor English..."you get your money" When? "You will get you money" When?? "Tomorrow - Tomorrow comes and now I connect to live chat and I'm constantly IGNORED.
Today has been one Month exactly to the day of my request, Still nothing!!
