I made a cash-out on 3/31/2017 and it was approved on 4/10/2017 in the amount of $2036 after all fees. I have attempted RubySlots live chat several times since then, but they always say the same thing "we will have this matter escalated through our finance department" but here I am 3 months+ later and still have no update and no money. I am getting the run around and its really tough to find confidence to play with a casino that doesn't pay. I am a patient person, but 3 months+ is ridiculous and unprofessional. I would be most appreciative if someone can help me out in this matter as soon as possible.
