Im trying to payout my 204 euros from doublestarcasino but since 1 month they blocked all payments(probably to everyone) and they are telling that they have 'technical issues'. Chat on website is not working.
They've send an email on 15 june :
we are upgrading the core platform and payments as well as bonus module suffered a minor glitch during the upgrade. As a result of this, withdrawals and bonuses won't work until wednesday next week. Our operation and dev team is working hard on fixing the issue right now. You can be ensured that no data has been lost, and you will be able to withdraw immediately after the payment module is back online. Sorry for any inconvenience.
But no response since that time.
Please help me with that.
