Staybet Casino - Delaying payment of 1000 euro, violating their own payment terms

Goodday! 2weeks I started playing at Staybet casino and made some winnings. I used an Iban bank deposit so I never used a creditcard. Also i did not used any bonus money. After a few days al my documents where accepted and I started to make some withdraws. Till today Im still waiting for them to process the withdraws. They told me 3 times that they will process the withdraw on that same day, it didnt happened. Now it is a new week and I received a Email with the following text Dear Staybet Player. We are contacting you today from the financial department to inform your pending withdrawal been cancelled. Please be advised that we require you to make a deposit with either a MasterCard or VISA and request a withdrawal to that. Once the withdrawal been made we will process it. Thanks for understanding. Regards Staybet Support Helpdesk: http://staybet.kayako.com They are telling me to make a deposit through credit card and after that I can withdraw my money. Its strange because I did not used any creditcards for depositting money, and the terms are saying this Withdrawals are credited to the same account and payment method used to deposit (so called closed-loop-policy). Stay Gaming Group N.V. reserves the right to deny the withdrawal if the deposit method differs from the pay-out method requested. If the depositing method does not have a credit option, the pay-out can be credited to a bank account nominated by the customer who identifies him/her as the account holder after requested by the Stay Gaming Group N.V. So that email make no sence at all. Im not an complaining person but the way they treat me is not nice! I hope you guys can help me out with this. greetings Jimmy
