On march 26th I requested for my withdrawal to be processed in the form of bitcoin 300$. Not understanding what information they needed from me they denied my request 5 times. I finally submitted all the appropriate documents and on June 12th my bitcoin withdrawal was finally received. Once received I called in and the told me that it takes up to 2 weeks for it to be approved by the finance department. And another week for the funds to be issued. I waited patiently and on June 22nd it was approved. I waited a week and I called and spoke to jerry, Shaun, and Steve who's supposedly the supervisor, and they all assured me wait a couple day. Shaun and Steve both get aggressive when I let them know that their process is unexceptable and that they keep giving me the run around. It's July 10th and for the past week and a half I was promised my withdrawal on certain days which has not been fulfilled.
