Hi my user name is pgauthie I have had my withdrawal reversed twice now stating they did not get my verification documents. First time I did not even receive an email stating they needed these and I'm not sure why they do since they have processed a withdrawal previously for me . Anyways I requested another 2 withdrawal 1 for 1500 and another for 300 Canadian dollars and emailed all the documents required in 5 separate emails since their email will only except small files . I got an automated message back saying they received the documents and it has been sent to player security and to wait 24 to 48 hours well I waited 72 hours. I emailed all the documents late in July 10. On July 13 when I did not hear anything back I contacted Royal Vegas through live chat and was told my withdrawal was in process and should be processed soon. Well today July 14 my withdrawal was reversed stating they did not get my documents . I have send these documents twice as the first time they only requested the card I made the deposit it then I got an email stating they wanted 2 other cards linked to the account so I sent those plus the other stuff again. So I have now requested this withdrawal again sent in the documents for a third time. Tried calling and live chat to make sure documents were received and can't get through on phone and the live chat just keeps disconnecting. I have requested echeck they have all my account info and have done a echeck for me back on June 1 previously with no issues. 1800 dollars may not seem like much to the casino but this is a lot of money for me and I need it. I need this issue resolved I want my money. I have used spin place in the past no issues and gave Royal Vegas my business instead seems like that was a mistake. If you need more info let me know
