Royal Vegas Casino - Withdrawal frustrations

Hi, I have been having some serious issues trying to withdraw my winnings. I won $2000 and $1500 two weeks ago and then another $500 a few days ago. Unfortunately it has been nothing but a hassle attempting to withdraw. I had my documentation verified and then was told that both the $2000 and $1500 were processing as of the 10th July until today when I checked my account again and the $2000 had been put back into my casino account. I have had multiple conversations with the support desk almost every day and keep getting different answers.... firstly I was told the withdrawal was still processing and then that there was some kind of error..... then I was told to update my withdrawal method to swift rather than visa but was unable to do this on the casino site so I had to email the details..... then I had another conversation with someone telling me that the withdrawal didn't work due to a limit restriction..... what limit!!, I'm not even attempting to exceed the $5000 limit as per terms and conditions. Now I'm waiting for an email after someone "investigates" my account. I am just really frustrated with the whole process and just want my winnings and a straight answer! This has been my first online gaming experience and I was enjoying it. Now I'm feeling super disappointed about the whole experience.
