I have eight $1250.00 withdraw approvals. the oldest two are from april 4 2017. today is july 18 2017 and I have not heard from them. all I get are promises that the payments are sent to finance and will be paid shortly. today is 72 business days since first approvals. all of the live chats are the same, they put me off and promise payment soon, but I hear nothing. casino rules say 10 - 15 days payment after approval. I wold rather not file a complaint, but it seems I am getting nowhere on my own. can you please help get this taken care of, thank you
