I withdrew my $1200 win on June 29th. They emailed saying my bank declined $240 in E-checks and would like to deduct it from my winnings. My bad! Took the amount off my winnings as agreed. On July 6 I received an email saying my winnings were released and it would take 3-7 business days to show in my account. The week of July 10 to July 18 I have received 5 different stories as to why I have not been paid. I even verified my banking! No one could give me a straight answer from the online chat or support email. I call today (July 18) to find out it has been escalated to Casino Management for god knows what reason!! Now I have to wait another day to hear back (not holding my breath) and still have no idea why they aren't paying what I officially won. This is absolute garbage and I would never recommend this site to anyone! I will probably never see the money.
