Planet 7 Casino - No Payment, Different Answers Everytime I Phone

I submitted my withdrawal on July, 2 2017 of $100.00. I sent all the documentation in and heard back from the documentation department via email saying all was correct and had been verified and my account was updated. So I waited for the money via bitcoin. I started with talking to the chat department who could only tell me to wait till the next day and see. Nothing happened my withdraw stayed in the pending mode for several days. Then I finally started phoning the number, each time I was given a different answer. I was told that it would be approved anyday. To be honest I think they just were telling me that to shut me up. Finally on July, 13th, they said it was cleared and I would be paid. Still No money. I phoned back and was told I would have to wait another 10 business days. Then phoned back an hour later and was told I would be paid the next day. Still No money. I asked to speak to a manager and I was basically told that there was no manager available and that one would get back to me via phone.... No phone calls have left my number several times. Now when I phone I can't talk to an actual human because it goes to voice mail. Really??? This is the customer service you get after plugging your money into this casino????
