hello my name is Sergio. In April, for the first time, I decided to try out a online casino. Thinking to myself how hard can it be? I was in for a rude awakening. i requested a withdraw of winnings totaling $6000. on 5/24/2017 i was approved for a wire transfer in the amount of $600.00 and a manager approved transfer for $5,400. after contacting customer support a few dozen times, i was given the response of, at first, "we have not received documentation for verification" however i have email verification stating that all documents of verification have been received and verified. which i can summit as proof. since then it has been approved for payment and sent to financing department for processing. after contacting support multiple time, received same answer that its been esculated and will be sent out soon. however that was in the beginning of june and now its the end part of july and still havent received payment....Can you help me please i dont know what to do... I have each chat conversation saved in my email which i can summit if needed. Thank you again for time and help.
