Silver Oak Casino - No payment on $7500 approved back in early June for VIP

I submitted four withdrawals for $2,500 each back in May 2017 on $10,000 in winnings and they have all been approved now since like June 15. After numerous phone calls and emails at all hours of the day, I finally received the first check. Now, I receive the run around, speaking 3-4 times a week with customer service who can do nothing but "escalate" (nowhere in the rules does it indicate any player, let alone a VIP, will have to call, plead and beg for their withdrawals, it doesn't even say that to get your money in an UNreasonable amount of time you will have to constantly call and ask for it!). So now one of the three are escalated and there's nothing more that I can do other than "check back in a couple weeks." Extremely disappointed as this is the same headache I went through earlier this year for four withdrawals through the same casino group. I resorted to asking if submitting a complaint here would help speed things up, I really didn't want to go this route. But I have now asked for a VIP rep to call me twice, and that hasn't happened. Not sure what else to do with $7,500 sitting approved and unpaid since mid-June.
