I have been trying to work this out by myself for a long time. It has been very difficult dealing with this casino. Here is a record of what has happened since March 2017:
23 March - I won €3343 and ask to withdraw my winnings.
4 April - The casino request documents such as my ID and a utility bill.
22 April - I send the casino the documents.
17 May - No reply, I send them an email asking what was happening.
17 May - They reply requesting my documents to be notarized.
14 June - I get my documents notarized and send them to the casino.
24 June - I receive a reply that my notarized documents were approved, but they also need the contact information of the notary.
29 June - I send them contact information of the notary.
4 July - No reply, I send them an email asking what was happening.
4 July - Reply received, they say notary contact information of notary was not received.
5 July - I send the notary contact information again.
5 July - The casino confirmed received notary contact information.
23 July - No reply, I sent them an email asking what was happening.
24 July - Reply received, they say that my account is still under review and that they need to talk to the notary.
6 August - No reply, I spoke to notary and she said that she was not contacted by the casino.
8 August - I am making complaint against the casino.
