I signed up to Royal Panda but after winning some money they have so far not accepted my verified driving licence.
Firstly I had to email drivers licence which was accepted, then I had to take a selfie with it which was accepted, then told I had to get it notarized, which I did.
They said they could not accept as it as there was no seal although was stamped. I explained my solicitor did not use a seal, he advised there was actually no requirement for either stamp or seal. I was also told by Royal Panda not to use a solicitor but as I tried to explain under Scottish law the only people who can legally notarize documents is a solicitor.
I contacted the Gambling Commission who advised that I CC them in further emails with Royal Panda and ask for reasonable steps to compromise.
Royal Panda agreed that I could use a solicitor of my choice, which I replied I already had and had already sent the document, to which their next reply was to send me a link to a solicitor use to get licence notarized.
I have emailed for the second time the copy of my licence which as been notarized by a licensed notary and a copy of the receipt for the cost of having this done which I am expecting to be fully refunded for.
from the first time I tried to withdraw has taken over 2 weeks to get to this point.
I feel the are deliberately trying to withhold my winnings from me and have seen similar complaints about this company.
