Crazy Luck Casino - Withdrawal request delayed

1. I have a pending withdrawal request of $3900 since July17 (see attached screenshot). Since the request, I have made many attempts to contact them with no response. Live chat no longer works, phone is busy, and 7 emails have not been returned. I can forward the emails if needed. I feel as this is a total scam and fraud activity? What else can I do to get the withdrawal? Or provide this site for assistance? 2. The deposit bonus I used was a no max coupon that I specifically was told it was no max. After winning $20,000 and making withdrawal request, the most I could cash out is $3900. I was told by the VIP rep that they made a mistake when they entered the code, causing my 20k balance to be reduced to $3900. However, they said they had a record of the no max request and would be able to have finance reverse, however I have not heard back since. Not sure how I prove this as I didn't make any screenshots of the initial conversation. I do have a screenshot attached of my previous no max cash out bonuses.  I'm first interested in receiving the $3900 withdraw request, so this isn't a total loss. Then I would like to have the balance of the $20,000 I won restored to my account so I can continue to play or cash out the rest. Please help me contact them or advice on how to proceed.
