Casino Cruise - Stalling payments after requesting self-exclusion

My complaint is last wk And half ago I decided to self exclude as I was spending to much time gaming. I had £325.34 in my pending withdrawals and yes my account is verified me assuming all will be fine but all I been met with is difficulty asking all the time for docouments in which I uploaded to them again then was released £25.34 and nothing about the remaining £300. So I emailed support again acouple days later to ask what is happening and will they process it. I am met with other email saying it's held pending till I send the docouments again in which I have done so. I also other day had email to say everything is all ok and my account is verified I feel like I'm going rd in circles with casinocruise had no problems when I was active with withdrawals until I decided to self excluded please can you help. I also need your email address so I can forward all the messages from cruise to me ? Your sincerely sarafun5
