Have been trying to get my withdraw of $800 for over a month now! My withdraw was "approved" on August 2nd, there "terms and conditions" state that the payout will be processed within 7 business days of approval. It has been 11 business days today. I get the typical response every time I contact them such as, "we are receiving a high volume of payout requests right now", or, "we understand your frustration". If you can't keep up with your high volume of withdraw requests then maybe you shouldn't be sending email after email, or letter after letter trying to recruit new players to your casino. This is unreal!
